A frontline politician in Ogun State and the Lawmaker who represented Yewa South at the House of Representatives between 2019-2023, Hon. Kolawole Lawal Mobolorunduro, (KLM) has described the death of former President Muhammadu as a great loss to Nigeria and beyond.
KLM who stated this in a statement personally signed by him and made available to newsmen yesterday in Lagos, extended his deep sympathies to the family of the late president, President Bola Tinubu and all Nigerians for what he described as a big loss.
While acknowledging the contributions of former President Buhari who died at a London Hospital on Sunday to national development, Hon. Lawal described the late President as a leader whose life was defined by service, discipline, and a commitment to restore integrity to public office and led by example all through his public life.
Hon. Kolawole Lawal Mobolorunduro who is popularly referred to as KLM, described late Buhari as a leader whose life was defined by service, discipline, and a commitment to restore integrity to public office.
He added that President Buhari will always be remembered as a frontline leader especially in the stabilization of politics in Nigeria.
He stated that his sincerity, integrity, discipline and unmatched commitment to the unity and development of Nigeria will always be remembered and appreciated by all Nigerians.
He added: “Even as l never had any direct engagement with him during his lifetime, l personally admired his style of politics of Nigerialism, his personality, integrity, discipline, tenacity and positive disposition. His indelible mark in the nation’s political arena remains outstanding even in death.
